SAT- PSAT PREP SAT and PSAT Schedule for School year 2008-2009: SAT: Jan. 24, Mar. 14, May 2 & June 6, 2009 (Register for the SAT via www.collegeboard.com or see your school counselor for registration booklet) SEMI-PRIVATE TUTORIALS ( 2-8 students in each class) Classes are very small: the range is 2-8 (maximum) students. Students receive 12 hours of instruction. These classes are intensive and thorough. Students are assigned homework which is checked. Student progress is monitored carefully. Content: special attention is given to the critical reading, writing skills and mathematics portions of the new SAT and PSAT. The course includes a thorough review of math concepts, definitions, and skills. An individualized strategy is developed for each student. Effective critical reading techniques are taught. Semi-private classes also emphasize vocabulary development, grammar skills, essay writing, and confidence building. Please call Dr. Gagnon for fees and other details (410)442-1600. Dr. Gagnon is the instructor. Class size is 2-8. (Must commit to the 6-class program. Make-up classes may be possible---if arranged well in advance.) Classes meet in Dr. Gagnon's Woodbine office on Daisy Road. Semi-private tutorials are scheduled throughout the year. Please call Dr. Gagnon to schedule. Dr. Gagnon and her staff conduct private tutoring sessions. SCHEDULE FOR SCHOOL-BASED GROUP COURSES: *If the course is full, there is an indication to that effect right next to the name of the school. If there is no such indication, the course is still open for registration.

Class size varies. Tuition & materials: $225. A portion of the tuition benefits each school. Courses are open to students from any school & are taught by Dr. Gagnon & /or her staff. Results have been excellent! Please see the Registration section of this web site for the registration procedure. $225 fee includes tuition, a workbook, access to an on-line tutorial, strategy hand-outs, and a $25 non-refundable registration fee.
